    Cancellation

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

    Returns (if applicable)

    We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt. 
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
    Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking is to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

    Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.

    Goods that cannot be returned for exchange.
    1. Clearance sale goods.
    2. Lingerie, underwear, pajamas, swimwear, tights, beads jewelry, and accessories.

    Requirements for returned goods: 
    1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
    2. The return address is the address given in the customer service email: service@hikingtale.com.
    3. Please include your name, telephone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

    Refund

    We will do a refund once we've received the item you've returned.

    The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

    There might be a little bit of delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it twice a week. Any questions please contact us at service@hikingtale.com, we will reply to you as soon as possible.

    Refund form: 
    1. original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
    2. Returned by the original route. The time taken to receive a refund depends on your payment method. Usually, it takes 24 hours for Paypal and 7-15 working days for the credit card.

    About Delivery Guarantees

    We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).

    If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.  

    Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions

    The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:

    • The shipping method selected is the shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
    • Order is shipping to an eligible address.
    • Order is placed before the "order within" countdown listed on the checkout page. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.
    • If your order contains items that aren't eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference "Ship my items as they become available" is selected.
    • Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
    • The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
